1. Erhobene Daten innerhalb der App

Die WORGA App verarbeitet folgende Daten, die für die Funktionsweise der Anwendung erforderlich sind:

1.1 Standortdaten (GPS)

Die App nutzt Standortdaten, um:

  • Arbeitszeiten automatisch Baustellen zuzuordnen
  • Arbeitsbeginn und Arbeitsende technisch zu erkennen
  • Bewegungen im Zusammenhang mit aktiven Aufträgen zu protokollieren
  • Standort an das Unternehmen zu übermitteln (wenn ein Firmen-Beacon erkannt wird)

1.2 Bluetooth- und Beacon-Daten

Die App verwendet Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), um:

  • iBeacons in der Nähe zu erkennen
  • den Aufenthaltsort auf Baustellen zu validieren
  • Auftragsprozesse automatisch zu unterstützen
  • Mitarbeiter an Arbeitsbeginn/Arbeitsende zu erinnern

Dabei werden folgende Daten verarbeitet:

  • Beacon UUID
  • Major / Minor
  • Signalstärke (RSSI)
  • Zeitpunkt der Erkennung

Es werden keine persönlichen Bluetooth-Geräte ausgelesen.

1.3 Hintergrundaktivität

Die App führt Standort- und Beacon-Abfragen auch im Hintergrund aus, wenn:

  • ein Auftrag aktiv ist
  • ein Firmen-Beacon erkannt wird
  • automatische Arbeitszeiterfassung aktiviert ist

Dies geschieht ausschließlich, um die beschriebenen Funktionen bereitzustellen.

Zur technischen Analyse werden verarbeitet:

  • Betriebssystem
  • Geräte-ID (intern)
  • App-Version

2. Zwecke der Verarbeitung

Die Verarbeitung der oben genannten Daten erfolgt zu folgenden Zwecken:

  • Automatische Erkennung von Baustellen und Arbeitsbeginn
  • Dokumentation von Arbeitszeiten
  • Geräte- und Werkzeug-Tracking (Beacons)
  • Sicherheit und Einsatzplanung
  • Speicherung im Unternehmenssystem zur internen Auswertung
  • Versand von App-Benachrichtigungen (Reminder)

Es erfolgt keine Weitergabe an Dritte, außer wenn gesetzlich vorgeschrieben.

Die Verarbeitung erfolgt gemäß:

4.1 Speicherung

Standort- und Beacon-Daten werden gespeichert:

  • lokal auf dem Gerät (temporär)
  • auf dem WORGA-Server deines Unternehmens (abhängig vom Auftrag)

4.2 Keine Weitergabe an Dritte

Daten werden nicht an Werbenetzwerke oder externe Dienstleister verkauft, übertragen oder geteilt.

5. Übermittlung an Server

Standort- und Beacon-Daten werden, wenn erforderlich, verschlüsselt an die WORGA-API übermittelt:

  • ausschließlich bei Aktivität (z. B. Beacon erkannt, Auftrag aktiv)
  • TLS-verschlüsselt
  • Speicherung nur, um Aufträge zu erfassen oder Beacons zuzuordnen

6. Rechte der Nutzer

Nutzer können jederzeit:

  • Einwilligungen in den Geräteeinstellungen widerrufen
  • Standortzugriff deaktivieren
  • Bluetooth deaktivieren
  • Datenunterrichtung anfordern
  • Daten löschen lassen (im Rahmen gesetzlicher Vorgaben)

8. Hintergrundverarbeitung

Die App führt periodische Hintergrundprozesse aus:

  • Beacon-Scan
  • Standortaktualisierung
  • Erinnerung an Arbeitsstart/Arbeitsende
  • Werkzeugerkennung (BLE)

Diese Prozesse werden nur ausgeführt, wenn die Funktion aktiv ist und Nutzer zuvor zugestimmt haben.
